I’m asleep during the business day in the region I’m targeting. What should I do?

There’s a tool for that. At the bottom of the Network Pulse submission form, there’s a Scheduling Options drop-down menu. Select “Custom” and set a date/time in your time zone that corresponds to morning in the region you are targeting. Best to avoid weekends and holidays there.
